  • Gate balance and technique
  • Cornering, berms and racing line
  • Balance and slow riding
  • Pumping, manualing, jumping and pedaling
  • Technique improvement and fitness
  • Monthly coach led racing replicating a real race day.
  • Having fun!
The coaching program is available exclusively to club members and there are limited spaces available. You can join as a club member when you start a coaching program. Our membership starts from just £10 for the year, see our membership page for further details.

In order to get the most benefit from the coaching the rider should be able to cycle unaided in a standing position.

If you are interested in signing up for any of our coaching programs please fill in the coaching form and a member of our team will be in touch. Riders must pre-register if they want to attend any of our coaching programs.
