Track/Session Rules
The following are the clubs session/coaching rules, to ensure everyone is safe and following the same guidelines:-
On Arrival
Please ensure you go into the cabin, sign the session register, pay for your session and collect the relevant wrist band before going on track.
The Cabin
No children behind the tuck shop counter.- All tuck shop items to be paid for at the time of purchase.
- The first aid kit is available in the open area. This should only be used by our First Aiders. Please speak to a first aider if you need anything from the first aid box.
- The fire extinguisher is to be located inside the open area
The Container
This should only be accessed by adults after guidance from a committee member or the person running the session- No Children in the container at all times.
The Track
Only riders and club officials are allowed on the track- Parents; please stay behind the wooden fence along 1st straight - no access to the track unless there is an accident and the session has been stopped by the person running the session
- Only people aged 16+ to operate the start gate
- All riders must ride the correct way around the track at all times.
- Riders are allowed to pull off and enter the track at the berms, but must check the track is clear before doing so.
- No stopping on the track
The Riders
- Need to have their arms and legs covered (no bare skin)
- Need to wear a full face helmet and gloves as a minimum at all times (knee/elbow pads also recommended).
- Should be respectful to other riders, coaches and volunteers.
